SISTEMA V1 BRACELETS have two key points to consider. Firstly the actual ‘size’ which is measured by using your wrist diameter as compared to the above chart. You want there to be a little wiggle room so select the size that is just slightly bigger than your actual wrist measurement.
The second key point is the thickness of your wrist, this is important to be sure you can get into the opening (Column B) but that it is not too big that the bracelet will fall off. This measurement can be a bit snug, it is best to have to squeeze into the opening part of this bracelet a bit to prevent it from falling off.
The other factor to consider where on your arm you will wear this. If you are stacking multiple bracelets you would need a size up to wear higher.
This is a relatively difficult style to determine size for, we highly recommend consulting with us to get it right. You can go ahead and order the size you believe you are and send us a message, we will help be certain about it before launching production."

DOUBLE RINGS are measured as two separate individual ring sizes. Ring sizes are generally measured using the diameter, the easiest way to determine this is by measuring a ring you already own.
Please keep in mind the width of the ring you are ordering. The wider the ring is, the larger the size should be for it to fit as you would expect since it is harder to put on. For example, your size on a 4 mm and 17 mm rings would not be the same. The 4 mm would be your exact ring size if measured by a jeweler (or a ring measuring tool) and the 17 mm would probably be an entire size up, or at least a half size up. If you have any confusion about this it is better to allow us to help you figure it out.
It is better for a double ring to be slightly bigger than too small.
We can offer ½ sizes on request.
